By accessing and using Bookings Pilot, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Bookings Pilot provides a comprehensive business management platform that includes:

  • Booking and appointment management
  • Expense tracking and financial reporting
  • Team member management and collaboration
  • Analytics and business insights
  • Multi-business support

3. User Accounts

To use Bookings Pilot, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Not share your account credentials with others

4. Subscription and Billing

Bookings Pilot offers a single subscription plan with all features included:

  • Professional Plan: All features including unlimited bookings, PDF exports, custom branding, team collaboration, and priority support

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purposes or activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Scrape, mine, or harvest data from the platform

6. Data Security and Storage

Your business data is our top priority. We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your information:

Enterprise-Grade Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Your sensitive business information is protected with the same security standards used by major financial institutions.

Supabase Infrastructure

We use Supabase, a trusted and proven PostgreSQL-based database platform. Supabase provides:

  • Automatic daily backups with point-in-time recovery
  • 99.9% uptime SLA with redundant infrastructure

  • Physical security at tier-4 data centers

Row-Level Security (RLS)

Every database query is protected by Row-Level Security policies. This means your business data is isolated and can only be accessed by authorized team members. Even in the unlikely event of a security breach, your data remains protected by multiple layers of access control.

Authentication Security

We use Supabase Auth with secure email/password authentication. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with strong salting. We never store plaintext passwords, and all authentication tokens are securely managed with automatic expiration.

Data Ownership and Privacy

You own your data, period. We will never sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than providing you with our service. You can export your data at any time, and if you choose to delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our systems.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookings Pilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all your business data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. You can request data export before deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you lose access to the service and your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules.
